If there’s one best kept secret to getting buff, it’s pullups! I spent a lot of time messing around doing weights in the the gym but it was only when I started on the pullups that I noticed some serious gains…And il show show how to get chest evenness and how to get stronger with pull-ups.
Pullups are great for massively increasing you strength in your arms, shoulders and most of all your back (To get that V-Shape body) and they’re great for tone since, after some training, you should be doing over 20 reps. But most of all, you can buy a pullup bar for house for less than $20!
The main problem with pullups is that most people don’t do them frequently enough so they never end up being able to do more than 10 reps… So here’s some tips to get you started…
- You don’t have to permanently install a pullup bar – You can just get a door mounted pullup bar
- Do 2 Sets a Day and DON’T worry about the number of reps - One in the morning and one before you go to bed… the main thing is that you do them until exhaustion
- Wide Grip for lats and Underhand for the guns - Depending on which muscle group you want to work most
Do that for a month, try to increase your number of reps by 3 or 4… and get ready for the gains
